The revenue from sales of real estate totaled 20 billion rubles, going up by 58% on the same period of last year. The company sold 85,000 sq. m of floor area in H1 2021 compared to 62,000 sq. m in January – June 2020.
The company made 13 billion rubles by selling apartments at an average price per square meter of real estate going up 29% from H1 2020, reaching 243,000 rubles. The share of sales through escrow accounts increased to 66% (against 36% in H1 2020).
At the end of 2018, Pioneer Group, known as a residential project developer, decided to diversify its business and increase its presence in the retail property market. Currently, the company is building the new OSTANKINO Business Park office cluster in Moscow, the Botanica retail and office center and completing the construction of the YE’S Technopark multifunctional complex. In the first six months of this year Pioneer Group increased sales of office real estate by an order of magnitude, having earned over 4.3 billion rubles in this period.
