Openness and Sustainability

In 2024, Russia's leading credit rating agencies reaffirmed the high credit rating of the property developer. The Analytical Credit Rating Agency (ACRA) and the Expert RA rating agency confirmed PIONEER’s credit rating at A- with a "stable" outlook. The National Credit Ratings (NCR) agency also confirmed the company’s annual credit rating at A-.ru and upgraded the outlook to "positive."
