BC Technopark Plaza

Technopark Plaza is a multifunctional complex featuring state-of-the-art class A offices, the YE'S Technopark apart-hotel boasting 506 apartments, and a shopping gallery connected to the Technopark metro station via a covered ground passage. The ABD architects designed the complex, incorporating high ceilings, a separate entrance group for the business center, and a spacious lobby. The office spaces are situated from the 2nd to the 12th floor. The ground and 1st floors house a shopping gallery, including the expansive food hall Kitchen Garden, which offers more than 20 gastronomic concepts. Tenants of the project also include the Moscow Longevity Centre, Vkusno — i Tochka, Surf Coffee, Pravda Coffee, and others. The complex’s infrastructure is further enriched by a co-working area on the public 12th floor with a terrace, as well as a fitness center featuring panoramic glazing. The upper floors, from the 13th to the 23rd level, are dedicated to apartments ranging from 18.5 m² to 90 m² in size. All units are fully prepared for occupation, with finished interiors, and some are furnished with all necessary furniture and household appliances. Additionally, for the residents’ convenience, a 24-hour car park is located on the -1 floor.
