Multifunctional complex Technopark Plaza

Technopark Plaza is a 24-level mixed-use complex developed by PIONEER and completed in 2021. The building is directly connected to the Technopark metro station via a covered above-ground walkway. The project was designed by ABD architects, with a strong focus on generous ceiling heights, panoramic glazing, a dedicated entrance for the business centre, and a spacious public lobby located on level 13.

The complex brings together several complementary functions.

The first two levels are dedicated to retail and services, including the Kitchen Garden food hall with 20 dining concepts, the Moscow Longevity community centre, Vkusno — i tochka, Surf Coffee, Pravda Coffee, a DDX fitness centre, Dixy GO, Hobby Games, a beauty salon, and a range of other operators.

Levels 3 to 12 accommodate the business centre, offering offices of various sizes, including units with private terraces.

Level 13 is conceived as a shared public space with a terrace and features a co-working area, a café and a fitness centre.

The YES apart-hotel, comprising 506 serviced apartments, occupies levels 14 to 24. Apartment sizes range from 18.5 to 90 sq m; all units are fully furnished and equipped with household appliances.

Technopark Plaza holds a Gold rating under the Russian green building certification system CLEVER, confirming its high environmental performance.
