YES Marata is a business-class aparthotel developed by PIONEER in the central district of St. Petersburg. The property comprises 1,188 units, ranging from studio apartments of 19.3–23.9 sq m to two-bedroom suites of up to 120.1 sq m, featuring private terraces.

The ground level includes a reception area, lobby bar, restaurant, fitness centre, retail gallery, and co-working space. The top level features a dedicated space with an open terrace and panoramic views.

The architectural concept was developed by Zemtsov, Kondiain & Partners in collaboration with the Japanese practice Nikken Sekkei.
