This sports and recreation complex is family-friendly and multifunctional. It consists of one building: a multi-purpose sports hall for training and local-level competitions, including for people with limited mobility, as well as international-level competitions in tennis and badminton.

The Fitness & Health Centre includes a multi-purpose sports hall for municipal and international competitions with stands for 150 spectators and a 3-storey annexe to the side of the sports hall. Access to the grandstands for spectators is provided from the foyer of the 1st floor. Provision has been made for the division of the hall into three training sections: the size of each area allows for different sports following the technical specification for international badminton competitions. A multi-purpose sports hall for the city and international competitions is designed to accommodate PLM competitions.

The multi-purpose hall has been designed with a minimum size of 51 m x 39 m and a height of 14 m. Several options are presented for the arrangement of the athletic fields. The grandstands for spectators are placed along the long side of the hall.

The Fitness & Health Centre is intended for athletic training, improving health and cultural activities.

The building of a complex is divided into functional zones.
