An educational complex, located within the LIFE Botanichesky Sad residential

PIONEER has developed and fully equipped a private educational complex within the LIFE Botanichesky Sad residential development. The complex includes a school for 550 pupils and a kindergarten for 240 children.

The three-storey building is thoughtfully integrated into the natural landscape along the Yauza River embankment. Inside, the facilities include classrooms, laboratories, an assembly hall, two swimming pools (one of them 25 metres long), sports halls, a media hub, a library, as well as dedicated spaces for music, art and dance. A heated mini football pitch is located on the roof.

The landscaped grounds feature playgrounds for outdoor activities, sports and play areas, as well as running and pedestrian paths.

In 2018, the complex won the Moscow city competition Best Implemented Construction Project in Moscow.

From 2018 to 2025, the site was home to Brookes School Moscow. Since September 2025, it has been operated by an educational institution affiliated with the Rybakov Foundation.
