OPUS was born on Derbenevskaya embankment in Moscow. It’s a new Deluxe club-style residential block that represents an architectural metaphor for the water element.
The project combines the comfort of a cosy home and the undoubted convenience of proximity to the capital's centre. The chosen location is also unique in that the new modern buildings will be located near the iconic sites of Moscow's cultural and historical heritage – the historical centre is woven together with the centre of the future, where respect for the past is combined with a visionary approach.
The architectural formula of OPUS consists of a residential volume, modern business space, and landscaped inner area.
The project has a total of 188 apartments with unique layouts, and every single one has a riverside view.
The project's authors, Tsimaylo Lyashenko and Partners, have brought their best creation to life: by transforming space, the usual course of things is changed, and a real architectural gem awaits you — OPUS.
OPUS’ public spaces are inspired by Paris’ Atelier Brancusi, the Musée du Quai Branly, and the Museum of Africa and Oceania. The OPUS lobby was designed by the renowned Natalia Belonogova bureau.
Natalia Belonogova’s Totems, made from natural materials, fill the space with spiritual meanings and create a protective buffer, allowing you to slow down and switch from the fast pace of the city to the paced atmosphere of home.
Recreation, sports and other energy sources in OPUS got sophisticated style. Author of the concept - Natalia Belogonova
"When designing amenities in the OPUS club-style living apartments I thought about what residents need in a modern metropolis where sports occupy an important part of our day. Modern fitness centers often lack such a nice and cozy story: we strive to leave them quickly and relax at home. In the OPUS club-style living apartments you don't have to rush anywhere, sports and recreation are available to residents here and now." - Natalia Belogonova, author of the concep
