Aparthotel YE’S Hoshimina
and the YE’S Residential Complex

PIONEER launched its first residential complex and serviced apartments project in 2011. The project concept envisaged a fundamentally new investment product for the market: small serviced apartments, fully equipped with necessary furniture and appliances and ready to live in.

The first project of the future YE’S aparthotel chain became one of the most significant hotel projects in St. Petersburg. PIONEER also built a residential complex of the same name on the site.
