APART HOTEL YE’S Mitino

The YES Mixed-Use Complex was the first commercial project delivered by PIONEER in Moscow, completed in 2015. The architectural concept was developed by the studio Sergey Kiselev & Partners.

The complex is located in the Mitino district and comprises a 25-storey aparthotel and a 15-storey business centre. The buildings are united by a shared podium accommodating essential on-site infrastructure, including cafés, restaurants, retail units and a fitness centre with a swimming pool.

The aparthotel offers 504 fully furnished units. The property is managed by a professional operator providing a full range of services, including tenant sourcing, check-in procedures and ongoing operational support. At the same time, apartment owners may independently arrange the leasing of their units if they choose.

The business centre is a modern building comprising 142 offices with underground parking. It has been awarded a BREEAM Final certification at the Good level, reflecting its environmental performance standards.
