MFC Botanica

BOTANICA: A Vibrant and Modern Multifunctional Complex. Strategically located near the Botanichesky Sad metro station, MFC BOTANICA blends functional design, cutting-edge technology, and elements of natural landscapes. Spanning over 141,000 square metres, the project includes a retail-office centre with underground parking and the YE’S aparthotel. The retail section features a four-storey shopping gallery with an operable rooftop and atrium, while office spaces occupy floors 3 to 17. Notably, the office centre includes a unique 800-square-metre terrace on the third floor. The shopping centre will host over 100 branded stores, cafés, restaurants, a fitness club, a children's entertainment park, and a food hall with 40 culinary concepts. The project’s master plan was crafted by Japan’s Nikken Sekkei, with its architectural concept developed by Russian bureau ABD architects. The design of public and commercial spaces was envisioned by Spain’s CLK, featuring abundant natural greenery, sustainable material selection, and meticulous detail. Landscaping and the integration of the complex with the adjacent "Garden of the Future" park were planned by Russia’s Wowhaus studio. BOTANICA offers a diverse array of amenities, including relaxing areas seamlessly connected to the nearby park. As part of Moscow’s Labour Engagement Programme, the complex will create over 4,000 jobs, further contributing to the city’s economic and urban development.
