MFC Botanica

The Botanica mixed-use complex, a bright and modern development, is situated adjacent to the Botanicheskiy Sad metro station. It seamlessly blends functionalism, cutting-edge technologies, and elements of the natural landscape. Spanning over 141,000 m², the MFC BOTANICA encompasses a business center, a four-level shopping center with underground parking, and the already established apart-hotel YE'S. The offices are housed on floors 3-17, with the 3rd floor featuring an office space with a terrace. Additionally, the shopping center will host a variety of shops, cafes, restaurants, and a fitness club, offering the residents of the business center the convenience of working and leisure activities within the complex. The project concept was formulated by the Japanese bureau Nikken Sekkei, while the architectural solutions were crafted by the Russian bureau ABD architects. The design of the public and retail spaces was curated by the Spanish bureau CLK, emphasizing natural greenery, an ecological approach to material selection, and superior workmanship. Russia's Wowhaus contributed to the planning and landscaping of the surrounding territory. Visitors to MFC BOTANICA will gain access to a diverse range of infrastructure, including recreational areas integrated into the adjacent Garden of the Future park. Notably, the project is a participant in the city's program to create employment opportunities, with over 4,000 jobs set to be generated within the complex as part of the program.
