OSTANKINO BUSINESS PARK is the first project delivered under Moscow’s city programme for job creation. The business park comprises six 12-storey buildings with a total floor area of 135,500 sq m and provides workplaces for around 12,000 people. It is home to companies operating in legal services, logistics, healthcare, construction and other sectors. One of the buildings has been acquired by a Russian IT holding, while another was purchased by an operator that has developed flexible office space within it.

The business cluster was developed by PIONEER between 2021 and 2025. It has been awarded the Russian CLEVER environmental certification at Gold level. Buildings 2 and 3 of the business park won the Moscow city award Best Completed Project in the Construction of Office Buildings and Facilities for 2022.

The business park was designed with everyday comfort and efficiency in mind. Contemporary architecture with panoramic glazing by UNK project ensures abundant natural light and open views. The outdoor public realm includes pedestrian routes linking Butyrskaya metro station and the Ostankino stop on the MCD-3 line, leisure and sports areas, as well as “green offices” for working outdoors. Retail units, service outlets, cafés and restaurants with seasonal terraces are located on the ground floors.
