LIFE PRIMORSKY was the first project delivered by PIONEER under the LIFE brand in St Petersburg. The development consists of four business-class buildings with underground parking, located on the first line of the Bolshaya Nevka River.

The scheme features landscaped, car-free courtyards with children’s play areas and sports facilities, an on-site kindergarten, and retail and service units on the ground level.

The architectural concept was developed by Sergey Tsytsin’s architectural studio AMC-PROJECT.
