Kindergarten

Children are the most important residents of LIFE-Varshavskaya. The concept of kindergarten architecture was developed together with the Dutch architectural bureau Atelier PRO, author of the concepts of the best schools in Russia and Europe.

PIONEER will build a municipal kindergarten for 160 children on the block. The travel time from any building to the nearest kindergarten will take at most 5 minutes on foot.

Particular emphasis will be placed on the improvement of the adjacent territory. The centre of the area will be a common sports ground, where play areas will be placed for each group. The equipment for the playground and sports grounds has been chosen with consideration given to safety, functional diversity, and play and development scenarios for children of different ages.
