LIFE Kutuzovsky

The LIFE-Kutuzovsky residential area is built in a quiet green area in the Setun river valley in the prestigious western part of Moscow.

Eight business-class residential buildings have a variable number of storeys from 12 to 23. Commercial premises occupy all the ground floors, and a kindergarten for 150 children has also been built in the block.

There are dozens of convenient and efficient layouts in the project. All flats, including one-bedroom apartments, have a European design with a combined kitchen-living room. The complex features large master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and dressing rooms. The upper floors have penthouses with panoramic glazing and breathtaking Moscow views.

The well-known Russian bureau ADM developed the architectural concept of the quarter. Clinker brick of noble colours, from chocolate brown to rich turquoise, was used for the facades.

The territory of the LIFE-Kutuzovsky complex is fenced off from outsiders, a modern permit and access control system is installed inside, and vehicular traffic is restricted in the yards. Under all the buildings there is a spacious two-level car park.

PIONEER paid particular attention to the design of public spaces. In the centre of LIFE-Kutuzovsky there is a comfortable promenade - a well-organized area with cafés and shops.
